Job Description:
Position Purpose:

The Assistant Manager Export drives international growth by expanding markets and ensuring efficient export operations. The role involves developing new business, managing distributors, and overseeing compliant export documentation to ensure smooth, error-free global supply chain performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual export sales volumes.
• Identify and develop new export markets (Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe for Nexton products.
• Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors/importers to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Generate leads through trade platforms and digital channels; convert into long-term business.
• Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and payment collection.
• Build strong relationships with international clients and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences in export markets.
• Align product offerings (baby care, personal care, etc.) with market demand and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis

• Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting

Qualification:

• BBA / MBA / MS (Marketing, International relations, Supply chain)

Experience:

• 3–6 years of core export experience (FMCG industry experience is a major plus).
