This profile shall strengthen your practical knowledge inFinancial due diligence and also provide you an opportunity to independentlylead the due diligences with the team. This will involve comprehensive exposureto various aspects like leading client interaction, report writing, financialreviews, due diligence fact findings, analysis and adjustments, etc. Notrestricting you to anyone sector is an attempt that we make in order to ensureyou have an all rounded experience in different sectors/industries. Role specific skillsets:
FinancialDue Diligence

Leadthe financial due diligence engagement along with Manager and make sure thatthe Quality and timelines anticipated are adhere to by team
-
Documentand report review, analyze and internal report creation. To analyze thefinancial results of companies and develop good understanding of businessmodel.

Tokeep all information obtained during due diligence process. Do lease,operational and underwriting financial reviews/audits, if required. Generateideas and share within the team
-
Towrite strong reports on the findings noted during diligence process
-
Toadvice on addressing due diligence findings and incorporating in the relevantsections of the SPA
-
Shouldguide and monitor the team during the engagement and be strong at documentationof the work
M&A,End to End Advisory
- Tolead M&A mandates and transactions with end to end advisory
-
Constructing teasers, Pitch books, Information Memorandum for the clients
-
Devising M&A strategies, identifying sectors and groupings of companies that might be viable business targets for clients
-
Managing the implementation of a M&A proposition
-
Working with corporate finance colleagues to provide advice on capital structure
-
Project managing transactions, overseeing the negotiation of terms and developing proposals to raise funds
-
Preparing financial model and developing assumptions validating the model
-
Toassist in preparing opinion notes, memos for acquisition/ joint ventureestablishment
-
Toassist work on a project which might run over a short term to long term horizon
To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
-
4-5years + years of applicable work experience in : Financial Due Diligence,Transaction Advisory (experience with Big 4 preferred)

Activelyinvolved in financial due diligence
-
Experiencein project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, andmanaging clients, and/or manager towards the successful completion of a project
-
Strongcurrent knowledge in one of the following: India GAAP Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles (GAAP), Company Law and International Financial ReportingStandards, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services

Oraland written communication should be good
-
Shouldhave a strong report writing skills with very good control over the language

Shouldbe ready to travel and ready to work under tight deadlines
