Arsh Industries is seeking a competent, analytical, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to strengthen our finance department and support financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, B.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
• Experience in online stores / e-commerce financial operations will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Experience handling online sales reconciliation, refunds, payment gateways, and commission settlements
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and financial data analysis tools
• Basic understanding of AI tools for financial analysis, automation, and reporting will be a plus
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise daily financial records, ledgers, and accounting entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and online store transaction reconciliation
• Monitor online payments, payment gateways, and company cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense analysis, and management dashboards
• Utilize AI and data analysis tools to improve financial reporting and forecasting
• Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams for payment planning
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
• Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization
