Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing valuable insights to aid in decision-making.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment verification, and collections.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA-Inter/ACCA Finalist (Articleship completed).
  • Proven experience of 4-5 years in finance and accounts field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
