Job Summary
We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts with 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and audit compliance. The candidate must have strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank reconciliations and expense monitoring
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure tax/IFRS compliance
- Monitor cash flow and banking activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce
- ACCA / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)
- 3–5 years relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting & accounting principles
- Experience with ERP / QuickBooks / SAP
- Advanced MS Excel skills
