Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts | Financial Reporting | Budgeting

Job Summary

We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Finance & Accounts with 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, and audit compliance. The candidate must have strong expertise in P&L, balance sheet, cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Perform bank reconciliations and expense monitoring
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure tax/IFRS compliance
  • Monitor cash flow and banking activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Commerce
  • ACCA / CA Inter / CMA (Preferred)
  • 3–5 years relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting & accounting principles
  • Experience with ERP / QuickBooks / SAP
  • Advanced MS Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
