Assistant Manager Finish Good Store

Job description:

We are a leading Aluminium Profile Manufacturer seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finished Goods Store to oversee and manage finished goods inventory operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in SAP (Inventory / MM Module) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting, reconciliation, and stock analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock control, efficient dispatch coordination, system integrity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

· Manage and control finished goods inventory in warehouse.

· Coordination with PDI Team, Sales Team & Planning Team.

· Ensure accurate stock posting in SAP (GRN, STO, Delivery, PGI, Stock Transfer, etc.).

· Monitor daily stock movement and maintain system vs. physical stock accuracy.

· Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.

· Handle SAP transactions related to Finished Goods.

· Maintain proper documentation and system discipline.

· Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics departments.

· Generate and analyze inventory reports from SAP.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports using Advanced Excel.

· Maintain dispatch planning sheets.

· Perform data analysis using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards.

· Track slow-moving, non-moving, and aging stock.

· Ensure timely dispatch as per sales orders.

· Coordinate loading plans and shipment schedules.

· Ensure proper documentation for dispatch (Delivery Challan, Invoice coordination).

· Maintain warehouse discipline and 5S standards.

· Ensure safety compliance within warehouse operations.

· Implement FIFO system.

· Maintain proper labeling and stacking of Aluminium profiles.

· Minimize damage, shortage, and wastage.

· Ensure audit compliance and documentation readiness.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration.

· 4–8 years of experience in Finished Goods Store, preferably in Aluminium / Manufacturing Industry.

· Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM / Inventory Module.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

· Experience in managing warehouse team.
