This role will lead cross-functional projects and   operational excellence for Ecommerce Marketplace operations to help deliver a   superlative customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Warehouse &   Fulfillment Operations
- Oversee   daily operations of the fulfillment center — inbound, put-away, storage,   picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure   on-time and accurate order fulfillment as per SLAs (Service Level   Agreements).
- Monitor   key warehouse KPIs — order accuracy, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), inventory   accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate   with client Teams to maintain efficient workflow and resolve operational   bottlenecks.
- Drive   continuous process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost   optimization.
2. Client Partner   Management
- Act   as the primary liaison between the company and the Clients.
- Review   and evaluate performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct   weekly/monthly performance reviews and corrective action plans.
- Ensure   adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Drive   accountability for manpower planning, material handling equipment (MHE), and   space utilization.
3. Inventory & Data Management
- Ensure   real-time inventory visibility and accuracy across WMS/ERP systems.
- Oversee   regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and audits.
- Analyze   operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement   opportunities.
- Prepare   and present daily/weekly operational dashboards and performance reports.
4. Cost & Budget Control
- Track   and manage operational costs related to fulfillment, packaging, and manpower.
- Identify   cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service.
- Validate   and approve Client billing and ensure adherence to contractual cost   structures.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate   with internal departments – supply chain planning, procurement, logistics,   customer service, and technology.
- Provide   guidance and oversight to supervisors and team leads.
- Ensure   training and development of staff for continuous skill improvement.
6. Compliance, Safety   & Quality
- Ensure   all fulfillment operations comply with company policies, safety standards,   and statutory norms.
- Implement   best practices in warehouse safety, housekeeping, and inventory management.
- Support audits (internal/external) and ensure proper documentation and corrective actions.
