Assistant Manager - HR

Karachi, Pakistan

A fast-growing and impact-driven organization is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Human Resources to lead and manage HR operations, support employee growth, and drive organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies

Oversee performance appraisal systems and development programs

Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes

Coordinate payroll, benefits, leaves, and attendance systems

Foster a workplace culture of diversity, inclusion, and engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
