JD of Assistant Manager -HR
- Work with hiring Managers to define the specific technical / functional requirements and understand the needs for each role.
- Create and revise effective job descriptions.
- Source top talent through various channels, including, job boards, social media, employee referrals and campus hiring.
- Review resumes, screen applicants for technical / functional competencies, and conduct interviews to evaluate technical knowledge and cultural fit.
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of talent for open positions.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the necessary paperwork and onboarding processes.
- Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
- Validation of attendance of employees and other admin activities
Preferred candidate profile
- Maser Degree from HRM or related field is preferred
- 4-7 years Solid experience as HR recruiter for Non-IT recruitment
- Excellent communication skill in English is must
- A solid understanding of technical roles & skills needs is essential for effective candidate evaluation.
- Strong listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills are vital for interacting with hiring managers and candidates.
- A meticulous approach to reviewing applications and managing candidate information is crucial.
- The ability to make sound decisions when assessing candidate qualifications and resolving issues is important.
