Qualification:

  • Masters in Human Resource Management from reputable university (Iba, szabist, Iobm)
  • 3-4 Years of experience in same role
  • Additional certifications in HR will be strongly recommended

Job Description:

  • Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Prepares reports and completes surveys on employee matters as required.
  • Assists with the development, implementation, and approval of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Assists HOD Human Resources.
