Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead the HR function and drive people strategy in alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and HR operations, while effectively leading and mentoring a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes across recruitment, employee relations, and operations.
• Design and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for key roles across departments.
• Manage performance management systems, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee employee engagement activities, retention strategies, and culture-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
• Partner with senior management to provide HR insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration with finance and leadership teams.
• Build a strong employer brand through innovative and employee-centric HR initiatives.

Requirements

• MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years of experience in HR, including 2–3 years in a managerial or team-handling role.
• Proven expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and policy implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and modern recruitment platforms.
• Experience in the events, media, or creative industries is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
