Education: Master/MBA in HR preferred

Salary: 30000-35000

Location: Rajkot

Job responsibilities:

• Manage Entire Employee Life cycle (From Hire to Retire)
• MIS and Data Management.
• Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for branches.
• Smooth execution of on-boarding and hand holding of the new joiners to drive activation and higher productivity.
• Develop ways of employee engagement.
• Drive employee engagement programs in the region to boost morale of the employees.
