Assistant Manager - HR

Position: HR Manager
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400067

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Process: Physical or Virtual

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager to handle recruitment, basic HR operations, and administrative support. The role requires hands-on execution, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining day-to-day HR activities.

Key Requirements

● Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

● Core Skills:

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).

Basic HR operations and administrative work.

Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills

Tools: Comfortable with MS Excel, email communication, and job portals

Execution Focus: Ability to handle multiple requirements and close positions on time

Additional Note
Candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai (Kandivali West) can also be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
