Position: Assistant Manager HR - North

Position Overview:
Cybernet is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager HR - North to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR principles and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Ø Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
Ø Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires, including preboarding, documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
Ø Develop and implement structured onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
· Employee Relations & Engagement:
Ø Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace.
Ø Address employee concerns with confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
Ø Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, and workplace regulations.
Ø Conduct investigations into employee grievances and disputes, recommending appropriate resolutions.
· Performance Management & Learning & Development:
Ø Assist in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and collecting performance data.
Ø Support managers in identifying training needs, implementing performance improvement plans, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Ø Maintain training records and track employee learning and development progress.
· HR Operations & Compliance:
Ø Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records within the HRIS, maintaining strict confidentiality and data integrity.
Ø Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
Ø Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Ø Prepare HR reports and analytics on headcount, turnover, and employee engagement to support strategic decision-making.
· Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support:
Ø Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Ø Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Ø Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with the Payroll and Finance teams, ensuring timely and error-free salary disbursement.
· HR Analytics & Reporting:
Ø Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as recruitment efficiency, employee engagement, and retention trends, to inform HR strategies.
Ø Maintain HR dashboards and generate reports to support leadership in workforce planning and data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: 3-6 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations.
· HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
· Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret HR metrics for strategic decision-making.
· Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent employee support with a customer-service mindset.
· Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
