Job Description
Position: HR Operations
Department: Human Resources
Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
Reporting To: HR Manager / Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS,
and other applicable labor laws.
Prepare and file statutory returns, and coordinate with auditors for payroll-related
audits.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather payroll inputs and perform
reconciliation.
Manage end-to-end Full & Final settlements for exiting employees in a timely
manner.
Stay updated with the latest changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR
compliance norms.
Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, reimbursements, and
payslips efficiently.
Support in automation, process improvements, and system updates for payroll and
HR
operations.
Assist in HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, HRIS
updates, and generating MIS reports.
