Job Description

Position: HR Operations

Department: Human Resources

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate

Reporting To: HR Manager / Head of HR

Key Responsibilities:

 Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

 Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records.

 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS,

 and other applicable labor laws.

 Prepare and file statutory returns, and coordinate with auditors for payroll-related

 audits.

 Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather payroll inputs and perform

 reconciliation.

 Manage end-to-end Full & Final settlements for exiting employees in a timely

manner.

 Stay updated with the latest changes in payroll regulations, tax laws, and HR

 compliance norms.

 Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, reimbursements, and

 payslips efficiently.

 Support in automation, process improvements, and system updates for payroll and

HR

 operations.

 Assist in HR administrative functions such as maintaining employee records, HRIS

 updates, and generating MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labor law regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS / payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho People,

etc.).

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
