Assistant Manager HSE

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager HSE (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer) to join our team in Rawalpindi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local laws and company standards
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis
• Ensure compliance with OSHA / NEBOSH / Pakistan labor & environmental regulations
• Lead safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations
• Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and statutory records
• Conduct HSE trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, and HR teams on safety matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering (Preferred Mechanical Engineer)
• 4–6 years of relevant HSE experience (preferably in industrial, construction, or amusement/operations environment)
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws and standards applicable in Pakistan
