The Assistant Manager of Human Resources – Organizational Development
supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development strategies, talent management processes, and HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and company culture.

and here are the main duties and responsibilities of the role:

Support the planning and execution of organizational development programs and projects aligned with company strategy.

Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems, career development frameworks, and succession planning.

Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.

Support organizational change management processes to ensure smooth adaptation and sustainability.

Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on HR best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Assist in employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and support the implementation of action plans.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management teams to identify organizational needs and improvement opportunities.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law, and HR standards in all organizational development activities.
Qualifications would be like below:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development, talent management, or training.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of HRIS or talent management systems is an asset.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
