The Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing supports the development and execution of influencer strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive guest engagement, and strengthen the positioning of Rixos Hotels and the All-Inclusive Collection. The role focuses on building strong relationships with content creators, managing influencer partnerships, and delivering impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Execution
Assist in developing and implementing influencer marketing plans to support brand campaigns, launches, and key business periods.
Identify, evaluate, and engage with influencers (macro, micro, and niche) across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Coordinate influencer collaborations, content creation, and campaign deliverables in line with brand standards.
Monitor and manage influencer activation calendars to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Partnerships & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets with influencers and their representatives.
Support hosting influencer stays, experiences, and activations at Rixos properties.
Content & Brand Alignment
Ensure influencer content is brand-appropriate, compliant with guidelines, and optimized for target audiences.
Collaborate with the wider Marketing & PR teams to amplify influencer content across owned channels.
Support the creation of campaign reports with visuals and highlights for senior stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance (engagement, reach, ROI, and brand impact).
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future influencer marketing activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or PR (hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and influencer ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
