Assistant Manager Innovation Management

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to drive revenue growth and operational excellence by establishing a structured Innovation Framework, leveraging CMCC’s technological strengths to deliver measurable business value across CMPak

Job Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible to support the Innovation Management team in designing & driving the following key tasks

• Source and prioritize innovation ideas from across the organization related to Technical innovation, Product/Services /Business innovation and Management innovation
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis on proposed ideas to ensure alignment with the CMCC/CMPak strategic roadmap.
• Track the end-to-end lifecycle of innovation projects, from initial concept to pilot and full-scale implementation.
• Develop progress dashboards and provide regular status updates to senior leadership regarding milestones and roadblocks.
• Execute the Innovation Evaluation Mechanism to assess the success of implemented projects based on defined KPIs like revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
• Design & conduct the Innovation Reward Program to recognize and incentivize departmental contributions to the company’s innovation goals.
• Act as a bridge between various business units to foster a structured innovation culture, helping departments translate "raw ideas" into "formalized projects."
• Ensure provision of toolkits to innovation project teams to have consistency with the company’s innovation framework.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

Must have a Bachelors Degree, Preferably in AI/Cloud Computing

Work Experience:

Upto 5-8 years of relevant experience
