Job Overview
We are hiring for a leading organization in the chemical sector (LOTTE Chemicals) for the position of Assistant Manager – Internal Audit, with a primary focus on procurement and site audits. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong expertise in operational and compliance auditing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits with a focus on procurement and site operations
- Review procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing controls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal audit standards
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps in site and procurement activities
- Assist in preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
- Coordinate with site teams and departments for audit documentation
Requirements
- Qualification: CA (Qualified) or CA Intermediate
- Experience: Fresh to 1–2 years of relevant audit experience
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Exposure to procurement or operational audits will be an added advantage
