Job Overview

We are hiring for a leading organization in the chemical sector (LOTTE Chemicals) for the position of Assistant Manager – Internal Audit, with a primary focus on procurement and site audits. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong expertise in operational and compliance auditing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits with a focus on procurement and site operations
  • Review procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing controls
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal audit standards
  • Identify risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps in site and procurement activities
  • Assist in preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
  • Coordinate with site teams and departments for audit documentation

Requirements

  • Qualification: CA (Qualified) or CA Intermediate
  • Experience: Fresh to 1–2 years of relevant audit experience
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
  • Exposure to procurement or operational audits will be an added advantage
