Job Overview
We are hiring for a leading organization in the chemical sector (LOTTE Chemicals) for the position of Assistant Manager – Internal Audit, with a primary focus on procurement and site audits. The role is ideal for candidates looking to build strong expertise in operational and compliance auditing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits with a focus on procurement and site operations
Review procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing controls
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal audit standards
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and control gaps in site and procurement activities
Assist in preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
Coordinate with site teams and departments for audit documentation
Requirements
Qualification: CA (Qualified) or CA Intermediate
Experience: Fresh to 1–2 years of relevant audit experience
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Exposure to procurement or operational audits will be an added advantage
