Assistant Manager – Inventory

We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Inventory Location: Lahore

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in inventory control and supply management? We’re looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – Inventory to ensure accurate stock handling and efficient inventory processes across our hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insure timely delivery of supplies to all branches
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely reordering to avoid shortages
  • Actively monitor FIFO & FEFO procedures for food items
  • Insure food safety as per company SOPs for stored items
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems
  • Coordinate with procurement and department heads to streamline inventory flow
  • Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, wastage, or overstocking
  • Ensure compliance with inventory policies and standard operating procedures
  • Supervise inventory staff and ensure proper training and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of inventory management experience
  • Strong knowledge of inventory software and reporting tools (SAP B1 experience preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
