Job Description
To manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, user access, and enterprise applications, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and rollouts
- Managing Oracle EBS and Infor application related support
- Monitors security compliance in accordance with IT policies and procedures
- Infrastructure management - Make sure all IT Services are 24x7 operational, ensuring data center equipment's are functional. Servers, storage, backup, Network devices are up and running all-time
- License Compliance - Audit and Identify software licensing gaps and work towards license compliance
- Administering and managing of Active Directory and Windows Servers
- Managing internet and Telephones with ISP
- Oversee & handle the escalation of all IT issues & provide a suitable resolution to the end user
- Providing practical, innovative, and value-added solutions to issues identified
- Maintain and prepare IT Budget, maintain AMC's and Contracts
- Assist for internal and external IT Audits
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and user guides
- Manage IT equipments procurement and liaise with vendors
- Monitor and process contract renewals in a timely manner
