Assistant Manager Logistics

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Logistics & Warehousing to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, warehousing activities, transportation coordination, customs processes, and 3PL management.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both logistics and warehousing operations, with solid knowledge of UAE logistics regulations, customs clearance procedures, transportation management, warehouse systems, and operational budgeting.

This role requires someone who can efficiently manage daily operations, maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics operations, inbound/outbound shipments, and transportation.
• Handle customs clearance, transit procedures, and Free Zone to Mainland/Jebel Ali movements.
• Coordinate road transport and sea freight operations.
• Supervise warehouse activities including stock movement, inventory control, stock count, and reconciliation.
• Manage warehouse space, packing, handling charges, and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain WMS/ERP and other logistics software systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations and MOFIC requirements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, vendors, and government authorities.
• Monitor 3PL performance, service quality, and operational costs.
• Support WL budgeting, cost control, and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both Logistics and Warehousing Operations (mandatory).

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
