We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our Sea Freight department in Jebel Ali:
What you’ll do:
- Be the voice of our customers – manage ocean exports smoothly.
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines & internal teams like a pro.
- Maintain prompt, precise, & professional communication at all times.
- Ensure shipments reach their destination on time, every time!
- Create a great customer experience (because happy customers = success).
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding (Sea).
- Strong knowledge of sea export processes and documentation.
- Sharp communication skills & a "get it done" attitude.
- Someone who loves logistics puzzles and solving them fast!
- Candidates who are currently in the UAE and available immediately, will be preferred.
