Pricing & Customer Service Executive - Sea Freight Exports

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive for our Sea Freight department in Jebel Ali:

What you’ll do:

  • Be the voice of our customers – manage ocean exports smoothly.
  • Coordinate with clients, shipping lines & internal teams like a pro.
  • Maintain prompt, precise, & professional communication at all times.
  • Ensure shipments reach their destination on time, every time!
  • Create a great customer experience (because happy customers = success).

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Freight Forwarding (Sea).
  • Strong knowledge of sea export processes and documentation.
  • Sharp communication skills & a "get it done" attitude.
  • Someone who loves logistics puzzles and solving them fast!
  • Candidates who are currently in the UAE and available immediately, will be preferred.
  • Office Location: Jebel Ali, U.A.E.

Medical Insurance: Company Provided

Employment Visa: Company Provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
