Assistant Manager / Manager Quality Assurance

  • Develop and draft Quality Assurance (QA) policies and procedures.
  • Interpret and implement Quality Assurance Standards and Procedures.
  • Organize Management Review Meetings (MRM) at all levels, supported by Quality Management System (QMS) data and metrics.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and manage external audits. Issue and disseminate audit report findings, including non-conformance and corrective actions.
  • Maintain and manage QA documents and the document control system, ensuring compliance and easy access.
  • Identify QA-related training needs and organize in-house training programs for internal auditors annually.
  • Collaborate with departments/business units/strategic business units (SBUs) on risk management activities and ensure timely submission of risk management reports.
  • Conduct weekly visits to warehouse locations to perform QHSE compliance site walks and identify areas of risk or improvement.
  • Monitor and support QHSE activities within warehouse operations, ensuring all customer complaints related to warehouse quality are addressed through timely and effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Report to top management on non-compliances and non-conformities with quality standards and industry regulatory requirements on a quarterly basis, or more frequently if necessary.
  • Organize and maintain master files of quality documents, including both active and obsolete records. Ensure availability of editable source files and updated quality policies and procedures in appropriate formats on defined server locations for easy access by all relevant personnel
  • To follow-up customer complaints and non-conformance issues received from Dept. / Branch.
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions by departments or branches.
  • Analyze customer feedback received from departments or branches to identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of current Quality Assurance standards.
  • Compile and analyze statistical data from departments/business units/SBUs to identify areas for quality improvement.
