Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support the Senior Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns for Sultan Marketing’s real estate projects. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a strong understanding of digital trends and real estate marketing dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for Sultan Marketing projects (Sultan Tower, Qurtaba City, etc.).

Coordinate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Manage and monitor social media pages, paid campaigns, and community engagement.

Support in the planning and execution of on-ground marketing activities, such as events, billboards, and sales exhibitions.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and customer trends.

Assist in content creation (posts, videos, brochures, presentations) and ensure timely campaign delivery.

Track and analyze marketing performance reports, suggesting improvements for ROI optimization.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation, promotional offers, and campaign alignment.

Maintain relationships with vendors, advertising agencies, and production partners.

Support the marketing head in budget management and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication.

2–4 years of relevant experience (real estate marketing preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads (Meta/Google), and content planning.

Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and/or basic creative tools.

A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
