Position: Assistant Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Remuneration: To be discussed during the interview but not a constraint for the right candidate.

Key Duties / Responsibilities include (but may not be limited to) the following:

Social Media Management:

· Create, manage, and optimize content for social media branding across various platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other International platforms.

· Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Content Creation & Branding:

· Develop and update the company profile and standardize branding content.

· Design and standardize company uniforms as needed.

· Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.

Website & E-commerce Management:

· Update and maintain the company website. Should have hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms within India and Internationally.

· Manage online portal sales and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

· List products on various e-commerce platforms and optimize listings for better visibility and sales within India and Internationally.

Vendor & Customer Relations:

· Work closely with outsourced vendors ensuring timely and seamless delivery.

· Review the company brand image by constantly monitoring various platforms like Google Reviews etc. and discuss with top management to enhance customer satisfaction.

Photography & Online Marketing:

· Should have knowledge of product photography and online marketing techniques.

· Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and SEO.

Analytics & Reporting:

· Analyze social media and website metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

· Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on marketing activities and results.

Desired Candidate:

· 3+ years of marketing experience is mandatory, preferably in the F&B industry.

· Bachelor’s degree or 3-year professional diploma in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or any marketing-focused major is mandatory.

· Candidates with an MBA will be preferred.

· Very strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.

· Must be proficient in MS Office applications – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other relevant applications.

· Energetic, engaging, positive, and pleasing personality that demonstrates an authentic passion for the brand.

· Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills.

· Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of management and staff – internal and external customers.

· The role would require extensive travel across India as and when required.
