Assistant Manager Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
  • Manage social media content planning, scheduling, and performance
  • Drive growth and engagement across digital platforms
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective campaign ROI
  • Coordinate marketing activities with principals and mall management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to launch promotions and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to support marketing decisions
  • Maintain brand guidelines and develop marketing collateral
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in Western apparel retail.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms, with excellent communication, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
