Job Title : Assistant Manager, NOC Relations (Russian Speaker)
Responsible for supporting the National Olympic Committee (NOC) operations for SOPC. The role ensures effective planning, coordination, and execution of NOC-related activities, including team registrations, accreditation, logistics, and communication.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Games Operations

Support the end-to-end planning and delivery of SOPC participation logistics, including travel, accommodation, accreditation, and uniforms.

Coordinate athlete entries and team registrations with International Federations and the SOPC Organizing Committee.

Oversee delivery of services to athletes and officials, ensuring smooth operations.
Stakeholder Coordination

Act as a liaison between SOPC and NOCs.

Ensure timely communication and issue resolution with sports federations and LOCs.

Represent SOPC in operational meetings as required.
Accreditation & Registration

Manage the athlete and delegation accreditation process, ensuring compliance with SOPC requirements.

Verify eligibility and accuracy of data submitted by sports federations.

Monitor deadlines and resolve discrepancies with the SOPC system.
Logistics & Support

Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and on-ground logistics for SOPC delegations.

Oversee the distribution of accreditations, tickets, and uniforms.

Ensure effective support services are delivered to athletes and officials throughout the event.
Monitoring & Reporting

Track progress of NOC operations against milestones and deadlines.

Prepare status updates and reports for senior management.

Document lessons learned and contribute to knowledge transfer for future events.
