Assistant Manager NVOCC - Liner Agency role in Dubai focusing on expanding NVOCC services, negotiating partnerships, and establishing long-term contracts with clients and agents.

Responsibilities

• Expand NVOCC services, negotiate carrier partnerships, and establish long-term contracts with clients and agents.
• Negotiate and finalize container rates, slot plans, and service agreements.
• Rate Management: manage rates and pricing strategies in coordination with carriers and internal teams.
• Carrier Engagement: build and maintain relationships with carriers to support business objectives and facilitate daily inquiries.
• Working with worldwide agents to obtain inbound/outbound business and provide Agent Network Support, including answering daily questions.
• Revenue Monitoring: track route profitability, container turnaround time, and recovery of detention and demurrage charges (D&D).

Qualifications

• Experience in NVOCC/Liner Agency operations or related shipping/logistics roles.
• Strong networking abilities and understanding of shipping line operations.
• Ability to negotiate, analyze rates, and manage contracts.
• Excellent communication and coordination with international partners and agents.
