Assistant Manager Ocean Freight FCL

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for export and import services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure pricing aligns with market trends and customer demands.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create pricing proposals and negotiate rates with clients and carriers.
• Monitor and analyse pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize profitability.
• Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations of export and import processes, including documentation and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to pricing and operational matters.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
