Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Landscaping A ssistant Manager for our landscaping and exterior services department whose primary responsibility is overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the exterior grounds of Fleet Landing's 125-acre luxury retirement community campus in Atlantic Beach, Florida. This role involves managing landscaping, grounds keeping, and exterior facility maintenance to ensure a safe, aesthetically pleasing, and functional environment for Residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping elements.
• Ensure that all exterior operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Identify and address potential hazards promptly.
• Schedule and prioritize work assignments for the grounds keeping team.
• Coordinate installation of Holiday decorations and seasonal displays.
• Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and cost control for the exterior services operations.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual proficiency preferred but not required.

Experience:

At least 3-5 years' experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, agronomics and exterior infrastructure. Basic budget tracking and cost-control knowledge. Experience with vendor coordination, equipment management, and staff supervision
