Job Title: Assistant Manager / Officer– Tendering & Commercial

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager / Officer – Tendering & Commercial is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing competitive bids, maintaining client data, and ensuring timely submission of proposals (both physical and online). The role requires strong coordination, documentation, and commercial evaluation skills to support business growth and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Tendering & Bid Management
- Review and evaluate tender notices received from clients and relevant platforms.
- Prepare and compile comprehensive bidding proposals in line with tender requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents prior to submission.
- Manage timely submission of tenders through both physical and online channels.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for collection of technical, financial, and supporting documents.
Commercial & Proposal Support
- Preparation of technical proposals in accordance with the TORs/RFP/Technical Evaluation Criteria.
- Assist in preparation of commercial proposals, cost estimates, and pricing structures.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, and contractual terms to ensure compliance.
- Support management in bid evaluations and pre-/post-tender clarifications.
KYC & Compliance Documentation
- Prepare and maintain KYC documentation of clients as per regulatory and company requirements.
- Ensure all required legal and compliance documents are valid and up to date.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and record-keeping purposes.
Data Management & Record Keeping
- Maintain an updated database of clients, tenders, and submitted proposals.
- Track status of tenders, including submissions, results, and follow-ups.
- Ensure systematic filing of records, both in soft and hard formats.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for all tender-related matters.
- Handle correspondence, queries, and clarifications related to bids.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and assist in maintaining professional client relationships.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering, bidding, or commercial functions.
Skills & Competencies:
- Sound understanding of tendering procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with e-procurement and online tender submission systems.
- Sound knowledge of government departments, regulatory authorities, and compliance frameworks within the security industry, including their roles in establishing and implementing SOPs for private security agencies.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
