Job Summary
This plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of Cambridge English assessments. The role involves managing registrations, supporting assessment logistics, handling candidate communication, maintaining records, and delivering exceptional customer service to students, educators, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
Respond to inquiries from students, educators, and institutions regarding Cambridge English assessments.
Provide accurate information about test formats, preparation materials, registration procedures, and result timelines.
Build strong rapport with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
2. Registration Management
Assist candidates in completing assessment registrations accurately and within deadlines. Verify documentation and ensure compliance with Cambridge guidelines.
Maintain updated records of registrations, payments, and examination schedules.
3. Communication & Coordination
Coordinate communication between candidates and assessment administrators.
Send confirmations, reminders, and important notifications regarding test dates and results.
Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and promptly.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
4. Assessment Logistics Support
Assist in organizing and preparing assessment sessions, including venue setup and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Cambridge testing regulations and standards.
Coordinate with examiners and invigilators for smooth execution of assessments. Support executives and team members with reports, documents, presentations, and administrative tasks.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain and update databases related to candidate registrations, results, and feedback.
Ensure high accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
Generate reports on assessment outcomes and customer feedback to support operational improvements.
6. Problem Resolution
Address candidate concerns such as rescheduling requests, documentation issues, and complaints.
Provide timely and professional solutions while adhering to Cambridge policies. Escalate complex issues to senior management when required.

Additional Requirement
Should be flexible to travel to test venues, partner institutions, and other operational locations as required for assessment coordination and administrative support. A proactive, adaptable, and customer centric mindset is essential for success in this position.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
