On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Parking Services to join the resort’s hotel Parking Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day parking operations, including valet, self-parking, and shuttle services.
  • Supervise and schedule parking staff, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to service standards.
  • Monitor parking occupancy, traffic flow, and space utilization to optimize efficiency.
  • Support the maintenance and functionality of parking equipment and systems.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of parking areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper signage.
  • Assist in training new staff and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
  • Prepare shift reports, incident logs, and assist with data collection for operational analysis.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Security, Engineering, Front Office) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Enforce parking policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Support the Manager in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in parking operations or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with parking management systems and basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
