Job Title: Procurement – IFM Operations

Location: Sector 48- Gurgaon / Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore

Job Summary:
JLL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant Manager to manage and oversee procurement operations within Integrated Facilities Management (IFM). This role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, purchase order execution, and supply chain analysis across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a collaborative mindset to support operational excellence. T
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Management
Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
Research and identify prospective suppliers and service providers.
Evaluate products and vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.
Negotiate purchase terms and ensure compliance with JLL standards.
Purchase Order Management
Prepare and issue purchase orders for manpower services, equipment AMCs, and low-value purchases.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery or quality issues.
Ensure timely delivery and completion of services for smooth operational closure.
Create monthly, quarterly, and annual POs across multiple regions including Bangalore, Mangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Supply Chain Analysis and Reporting
Analyze industry trends and demand patterns to support sourcing strategies.
Prepare quarterly dashboards for QBRs, monthly savings reports, and manpower deployment annexures.
Generate system reports as required to support procurement transparency and decision-making.
Vendor Coordination & Rate Card Management
Conduct RFPs/RFQs and select vendors based on commercial viability and alignment with JLL terms.
Negotiate rate cards with existing and new vendors to maintain cost efficiency.
Develop catalog files for Ariba uploads and coordinate with relevant teams for integration.
Collaboration and Communication
Liaise with internal operations and project teams to understand procurement needs.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure alignment with service expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments for seamless procurement processes.
Qualifications and SkillsProven experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of purchasing strategies and vendor management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
