  • Procure materials for Apparel Division, chemical, mechanical, electrical, packaging material and general store items.
  • Obtain approvals, place orders, and ensure timely delivery as per schedules.
  • Prepare comparative statements and analyze monthly purchase reports.
  • Maintain supplier database, evaluate vendors quarterly, and coordinate on supply complaints.
  • Monitor inventory, follow up on payments, and track pending purchase requests daily.
  • Focus on cost advantages, value-added services, Ex-works local purchases and frequently local market visits.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including PR, PO, GRN, and costing sheets.
  • Hands-on ERP/ SAP
  • MS Office
