Assistant Manager Procurement

Quick Food Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a proactive and commercially strong professional to manage procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase raw materials.
  • Obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate and manage suppliers in coordination with QA.
  • Coordinate with production & warehouse to manage stock levels and avoid shortages/overstock.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain proper documentation.
  • Prepare procurement reports, KPI tracking, and spend analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of procurement experience (food industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of ingredients and packaging materials is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000 and GMP
