Mustafa Developers is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Procurement to oversee procurement activities, vendor management, contract negotiations, and purchasing operations for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors
• Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services
• Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports
• Monitor inventory requirements and supply chain activities
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintain vendor databases and performance evaluations
• Ensure procurement compliance with company policies

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 4–6 years of procurement experience
• Prior experience in construction or real estate procurement preferred

Skills

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement procedures and supply chain practices
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
