Assistant Manager Procurement (Preferred Beverages or Mechanical)

Roles and Responsibility:

• We are actively seeking in FMCG, Engineering, Plastic, Polymer, Retail, Beverages, Confectionery, or Tobacco industries, this is your chance to make an impact!
• Develop strategic cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives which bring added value to the system, along with tools and solutions that improve or eliminate waste from current processes.
• Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) programs with suppliers that deliver against strategic, operational performance, quality, productivity and sustainability goals.
• Provide needed guidance to the business, including budget, forecasting, risk management, etc.
• Optimize cost, quality and service for inbound supply networks.
• Build consensus and drive alignment with key Business partners for Procurement initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate, advise and influence business stakeholders and suppliers.
• Develop strategies for maximizing value and optimizing Supplier to Plant performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in his/her area of responsibility leveraging lean/six-sigma methods.
• Develop and implement robust supplier relationship and performance management programs to deliver against SLAs and innovation objectives.

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management.

Proven 5-7 years of experience (Retail/FMCG) in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, preferably in the food and beverage industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost savings and value-added results

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
