Assistant Manager � Procurement, Purchase & Sourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager � Procurement, Purchase & Sourcing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, purchase, and sourcing activities across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor development and relationship building to ensure timely and quality delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of procurement plans.
• Ensure compliance with EXIM procedures and regulations.
• Monitor and report on procurement spend and savings, providing insights for future strategy development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve procurement processes and practices.
• Manage and analyze procurement data to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize costs, quality, and delivery.
  
  

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in procurement, purchase, and sourcing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement modules
• Graduate in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Administration or Relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Strong understanding of EXIM procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
