We are looking for AM Product Marketing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the overall product marketing strategy for Veevo Tech & its sub brands/companies ie ChargeX, Keptua etc ensuring alignment with business objectives, revenue goals, and long-term growth vision
- Define and continuously refine clear product positioning, messaging frameworks, and unique value propositions for both platforms to differentiate them in competitive markets
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and updates, ensuring maximum market impact and adoption
- Plan, design, and manage integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and other relevant channels to drive awareness and conversions
- Maintain a strong and consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all communication touchpoints, ensuring brand coherence across Veevo Tech and ChargeX
- Lead performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on ROI, continuously analyzing campaign data, user behavior, and KPIs to optimize performance and improve results
- Conduct ongoing market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and strategic areas for growth
- Translate complex product features, technical capabilities, and updates into clear, simple, and customer-centric marketing messages that resonate with target audiences
- Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with product roadmaps and business priorities
- Support the sales team by developing high-quality marketing collateral including presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and communication materials
- Lead, manage, and mentor the junior marketing team by providing structured guidance, clear direction, and continuous feedback to improve performance and accountability
- Assign responsibilities, define KPIs, and regularly review outputs of team members to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all marketing tasks
- Foster a results-driven, collaborative, and performance-oriented marketing team culture focused on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement
- Oversee end-to-end content strategy for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, blogs, and other brand communication channels to ensure relevance and engagement
- Ensure timely planning and execution of all marketing initiatives while maintaining quality standards and measurable business impact
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance on a regular basis, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights for leadership review and decision-making
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and overall market presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s (BBA) or Master’s (MBA) degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3–4 years of proven experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to develop clear product positioning and translate technical features into customer-focused messaging
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing or mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven and analytical approach

This is a full-time permanent contract-bound office-based Job & the starting salary would be 100K-120K as per professional experiences + KPI allowances/bonuses.
