Assistant Manager - Quality Control

The role is based at Sunder Industrial Estate and pertains to polymer additives and thermal stabilizers, requiring hands-on engagement within the manufacturing value chain.

Responsibilities:

• Execute complete Quality Control functions with full authority over acceptance or rejection of materials as per shared SOPs.
• Ensure compliance of all raw materials and finished goods with established quality parameters.
• Maintain and update testing manuals, laboratory procedures, and work instructions.
• Oversee instrument handling, calibration, and maintenance schedules to ensure testing accuracy.
• Manage and guide the Quality Control team, fostering discipline, accuracy, and growth.
• Conduct method validation and ensure reliability of laboratory analyses.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability of all quality activities.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports to the COO.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and company quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Chemical or PVC industry.
