Job Summary:

Zarea Limited is seeking a highly skilled Manager Quality Assurance (Grain) to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of grain products including rice, wheat, corn, and other agri-commodities. The ideal candidate will manage QA processes, maintain standards, and support smooth export/import operations. This role is crucial for safeguarding product integrity and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement quality assurance procedures for all grain categories.
• Supervise sampling, grading, and laboratory testing to maintain product consistency.
• Monitor storage conditions and handling practices to prevent spoilage or contamination.
• Ensure compliance with national and international food safety and inspection standards.
• Prepare detailed QA reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with inspection teams, warehouses, and supply chain departments.
• Train and guide QA teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Prerequisites

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Food Sciences, Quality Assurance, or related disciplines.

Experience:

5–8 years of professional experience in grain quality assurance, laboratory testing, grading, and quality system management.

Requirements / Skills (Bullet Points):

• Strong knowledge of grain grading standards and inspection protocols.
• Expertise in sampling methods, lab testing, and moisture analysis.
• Familiarity with export/import documentation and quality certifications.
