We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager Sales – Islamabad | Incotec Industries

Location: Islamabad

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Sales (HVAC Industry)

Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical /MSc Engineering/MBA

Incotec Industries is expanding its team and looking for a highly driven and experienced Assistant Manager Sales to lead our Islamabad region.

HVAC Industry Experience is Strongly Preferred & Highly Required

We are specifically looking for candidates who have solid experience in HVAC industrial sales, strong market understanding, and a proven record of achieving sales growth in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales operations for the Islamabad region

- Develop & execute strategic sales plans

- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations

- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs

- Prepare monthly sales reports and share insights with management

- Collaborate with operations, logistics & accounts teams

- Mentor and guide sales staff when required

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (HVAC / Industrial sector preferred)

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Ability to build long-term client relationships

- Target-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
