Assistant Manager Sales

Are you a natural hunter with a track record of closing B2B deals?

We are looking for a high-energy Assistant Manager Sales to drive our client acquisition and expand our recruitment services footprint. If you thrive on prospecting, networking, and turning "no" into "yes," we want to talk to you.

The Role:

Identify and prospect new B2B clients across various industries.

Pitch tailored recruitment solutions to HR Directors and C-level executives.

Negotiate and close service agreements to drive company growth.

Build a robust pipeline through LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.

What You Need:

3-5+ years of B2B sales experience (Recruitment/HR services background is a huge plus!).

A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong resilience and the ability to work independently.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
