About the Role

New Era Industries (SMC Pvt Ltd) is looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to lead and grow sales operations across the Sindh region, with a strong preference for candidates having hands-on sales experience in Interior Sindh.

This role is ideal for professionals who understand regional markets, dealer networks, and project-based sales within the building materials industry, particularly doors and windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales operations across the Sindh region, including Interior Sindh
• Build, maintain, and expand a strong dealer, distributor, and client network
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and client meetings across Sindh
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Mandatory: Practical market exposure and sales experience in Interior Sindh
• Age Limit: 25 – 35 years
• Gender: Male
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Sindh
