Assistant Manager Sales - ERP Solutions

Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Assistant Manager Sales to join our expanding organization. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the sales initiatives for our comprehensive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and market analysis to expand our client portfolio
  • Consultative Solution Selling: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client business requirements and effectively position our ERP software solutions to address their operational challenges and strategic objectives
  • Client Engagement & Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored proposals that articulate the value proposition of our ERP solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, manage the sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with implementation teams, technical specialists, and project managers to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful ERP deployment
  • Sales Performance Management: Consistently achieve and surpass established sales quotas while maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM data integrity

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in ERP software sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Technical Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, business process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across multiple industry verticals
  • Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Work Style: Results-driven professional with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments
  • Independence & Initiative: Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively to team objectives
