
Assistant Manager - Sales Operations

Job description:
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and improve sales performance tracking and reporting system.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of trade promotions, targets, and schemes.
- Forecast demand, plan sales targets, and monitor KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team (marketing, supply chain, finance) to streamline operation.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business/ Marketing.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations. Candidate having FMCG industry experience will be given preference
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Power BI.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
