Assistant Manager - Sales Operations

Lahore, Pakistan

Job description:

  • Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Manage and improve sales performance tracking and reporting system.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth execution of trade promotions, targets, and schemes.
  • Forecast demand, plan sales targets, and monitor KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (marketing, supply chain, finance) to streamline operation.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business/ Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations. Candidate having FMCG industry experience will be given preference

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel / Power BI.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
